So nice to meet you! A little about me. I have been working with seniors in assisted living homes, and home care for over 25 years. I love being of service to the elderly population. From 2012 to 2022, I was the office manager of a small cleaning company and eventually branched out to work for myself. I love a clean and tidy home and I’m good at creating a clean and organized space for others that might need a little help!

In 2023, I went to school to become a massage therapist and then got my certification in Manuel Lymphatic Drainage from KLOSE training. I’m taking a Oncology massage course this fall! I practice Reiki and I love teaching about the mind/body connection and nervous system regulation with individuals with chronic pain and anxiety. In my free time, I love to explore new places and travel, love trying new coffee shops, and am getting back into art and creating. I love spending time with animals and connecting to their little souls.
